We are looking for someone to strengthen our dynamic team within our Compaktuna, based at our location in Zwijnaarde. As a Team Supervisor Production, you will play a key role in achieving our sustainability and innovation goals, while leveraging your expertise to realize ambitious projects. As a Team Supervisor Production, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and safety of our production activities. You will be responsible for leading a team of operators on the production floor, making sure that processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and standards are respected. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will act as the bridge between the workforce and management, helping to build a strong team culture where people feel supported, motivated, and engaged.

Your responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of production workers to achieve daily goals

• Plan and assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure resources are used efficiently

• Supervise production processes, guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards

• Track and report on output, while proposing and implementing improvements

• Conduct regular safety and quality checks, ensuring corrective actions when necessary

• Onboard and train new team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their development

• Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Engineering teams to address challenges and optimize production

• Promote a continuous improvement culture, encouraging team members to share ideas and contribute to process enhancements

Your profile

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role

• Strong leadership and people management skills: you know how to motivate, guide, and inspire your team

• Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control practices in an industrial setting

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working under pressure while keeping attention to detail

• Education: High school diploma required; technical training or leadership certification is an asset

• Proficiency with basic IT tools (MS Office)
