We are looking for a person to join our dynamic team within our Finance division, based at our Nivelles site. Job Description:

As a Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and improve performance. You will work closely with senior management and various departments to ensure that strategic initiatives are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Your role will involve conducting in-depth research, preparing detailed reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will also be expected to monitor the implementation of strategic plans and provide ongoing analysis to ensure their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis:
   • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to support & orientate strategic decisions
   • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends
   • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
2. Strategy Development:
   • Support senior management in developing and monitoring mid-term strategic & business plans to drive business growth in order to achieve revenue, profit and cash targets; ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with company goals and collaborate with senior management to align strategic initiatives
   • Prepare detailed reports and presentations, in line with Group requirements in terms of framework, quality and schedule
   • Organize the Management Planning Cycle schedule; organize and facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops
   • Develop and maintain strategic planning tools and frameworks
   • Assist in the preparation of business cases (e.g. M&A) and feasibility studies
   • Identify business opportunities and threats

Key Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in strategy analysis or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis; Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships; Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to think critically and strategically.
• Experience with financial modelling and business case development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments and to deal with ambiguity; Ability to navigate and manage change effectively
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
• You are fluent in French and English, Dutch is a big asset.
